Jeanine Horowitz

Jeanine Horowitz earned a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and Education at the University of California, Los Angeles. Under the academic tutelage and mentorship of Dr. Tyrone Howard, she completed an honor’s thesis supporting the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act. Since 2000, she has increased her book publications in multiple genres including: Children’s books: Toady Toad's Move, My First Playing Lesson, Golfing with Grandma; Young Adult Chapter book: The Latch Key Kid; and a Novel: Life: Grab it by the Buttocks, a religious autobiography.
After two years of volunteering as a minister and becoming ordained, Pastor Horowitz serves as the Senior Pastor of Solutions Christian Church that weekly assembles at The Salvation Army in Westwood, California. For addition information http://www.solutionschristianchurch.org
"I established the Jeanine Horowitz Foundation for two reasons: 1). To promote Education and Literacy to the general public, and 2). To establish a legacy of philanthropy for my children's children.

Mrs. Audrey Robinson -Yeboah

Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Audrey Yeboah earned a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University Of Nevada-Reno, in1996. She earned a Masters in MBT from University of Southern California, in 1992.
Mrs. Yeboah is a partner of Aberbook & Yeboah Accountancy Corporation, an accounting firm with over 600 clients nationwide. Her firm specializes in accounting, audit, financial planning, regulatory compliance and taxation for start up small business, real estate developers, managers, owners, and nonprofits.
Mrs. Yeboah has over 30 years in accounting, over 26 years in taxation and over 23 year in regulatory compliance. With over 15 years experience in auditing, we are quite proud and honored to have her as our Chief Financial Officer, and we greatly appreciate the many hours of volunteer contributions by her staff. Mrs. Yeboah continues to serve several non-profits and her community for over 35 years.

Mrs. Rev. Miriam Broadnex

Miriam Broadnex attended California State University Dominguez Hills and in 1992 earned bachelors degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Public Administration. She is high school teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District and a Minister of the Gospel since May 1982.
Currently she is the Pastor/Founder of Firm Foundation Christian Ministries that presently meets at the Howard Johnson Hotel, in the Capri Gardens Meeting Room, at 8620 Airport Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Sunday Services include: Discipleship Training at 10:00 and Morning Worship Service at 11:00.
Mrs. Broadnex serves Los Angeles County and its surrounding communities as a teacher, pastor, mentor, role model and successful business woman.

James Gu

James Gu will earn his Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in June 2009. Mr. Gu has been studying Economics and a minor in Accounting. He is currently an employee for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California.
Mr. Gu started with the Jeanine Horowitz Education and Literacy Foundation as an Intern while a student at UCLA. His contributions set the foundation for the corporate sponsorships and awareness to the general public.
Mr. Gu specializes in finances and accounting but will contribute to the JH Foundation as lead for public relation and community outreach venues.

Dr. Kyle S. Schliecher, S.C.

He is the owner of Schleicher Chiropractic in Santa Monica, California for over 16 years. His office specializes in elevating lower back pain and physiotherapy.
Dr. Schleicher earned a bachelor degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, in 1984. He earned a doctorate of Chiropractics from Cleveland Chiropractic College, in 1990.
Dr. Schleicher’s Chiropractic techniques involve deep tissue, goading, physiotherapy, and soft tissue manipulation combined with decompress joint manipulation to breakup and disperse chronic scar tissue and congestion built up in muscles and joints from months (or years) of over-use, irritation, or injury, most of which is caused by everyday (yet unnatural) postural habits or activities. The body is designed to heal itself as long as “road blocks” (soft tissue congestion and joint compression) are eliminated over the course of one’s treatment plan. Dr. Schleicher is dedicated to helping people live a pain free life, therefore joined the foundation to make a difference in the lives of the working poor.

Caesar Lacosta

Caesar Lacosta graduated from UCLA in 2005 with a degree in Mathematics/Economics. For the past four years Mr Lacosta worked as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual. Currently he works for Combined Insurance in San Francisco, California.
Mr. Lacosta’s mission is to add value to the people of this generation and those that follow by helping, supporting, encouraging, connecting people with each other, and most importantly, providing the best and most ethical service that he can to his clients and those who surround him. He passionately and enthusiastically believe that it is his duty to establish himself as a resource for the people in his community, and that’s why he works at Northwestern Mutual and serves on the board of the Jeanine Horowitz Foundation. In doing so, he believes he can leave this place knowing that he made a difference.
With that said, his recommendations will always be tailored to achieve the goals and needs that are most important to his clients and those he intends to help at the foundation, and most importantly, ensure their own definition of financial security. His specialties include: Mitigating distributions tax risks associated with deferred compensation plans, Life Insurance, Income Protection (Disability Insurance, Disability Overhead expense, Disability Buy-Out), College Education, Retirement, Retirement Protection (Long Term Care), Group Employee Benefits (health, life, disability, 401k), and Estate Planning.

Mr. Darnald D. Kimble, Jr.

In 2006, Mr. Darnald Kimble studied at Baylor University and earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He is the Director of Business Development at Aberbook and Yeboah Accountancy Corp. and the owner of Management Firm and an Investment Firm.
Mr. Kimbles experience in accounting, marketing and business management serves the foundation in several different capacities. His superior oversight enabled our foundation to receive 501c3 status on its first attempt and he continues to assist with helping the foundation move forward in its goals.

Attorney James Nobles earned a Judicial Doctorate from the University Of West Los Angeles School Of Law in 2005.
Prior to law school, Attorney Nobles had a background in the industries of: optometry, radio, music and entertainment. Committed and determined to succeed as a professional, he became Assistant General Counsel for Irwin Naturals, a diversified corporation that markets dietary supplements all over the world. As counsel for the company, his legal experience expanded into handling complex transactions for manufacturing, distribution, marketing and media, as well as business litigation which evolved into counsel for the company’s record label.
Currently a Los Angeles based attorney, Nobles, deals with an array of personal injury, music, entertainment and business law matters that highlight his superior negotiating and deal making attributes.

Attorney Yemi Adegbonmire earned a Judicial Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005. Additionally, she earned a M.B.A. in Health Science from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Yemi Adegbonmire is a Los Angeles based intellectual property and entertainment attorney. Ms. Adegbonmire advises clients on regulatory issues arising from Web 2.0, intellectual property licensing, best practices related to social networking websites and user-generated content as well as trademark infringement. Her representative entertainment experience includes co-branding and product integration arrangements, viral marketing campaigns, risk management, contest development, prime-time television production and international television distribution deals. Ms. Adegbonmire’s clients have ranged from a Fortune 500 company to independent filmmakers and music producers. She also has her Masters in Public Heath Policy from Johns Hopkins and is a former public health analyst for the Department of Health and Human Services.

She has been with the Jeanine Horowitz Education & Literacy Foundation since 2007, organizing community programs, and coordinating volunteer services. She is also a journalist who writes her own online newspaper and quarterly newsletters for the foundation. Ms. Hsu has also worked extensively in the foundation’s marketing and public relations department.

Mr. Alex Parish earned bachelor degrees in Japanese Language, Applied Mathematics, and computer aided Mathematics Computation from UCLA in 2007. The son of two Los Angeles based teachers, Mr. Parish continues to gravitate toward philanthropy work in education. His dedication towards education led him to become a successful business owner of Discover Artist in Beverly Hills, California. His office specializes in providing at-home tutoring and other services to get students ahead or caught up in all levels of course work.

Attorney: Yemi Adegbonmire – Ms. Adegbonmire earned a B.A. with honors in Sociology at Wake Forest, and graduated in 2002 with an M.B.A. in Health Science from the John Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She has established a study protocol for the Healthcare for the Homeless program during her tenure with the Human Services’ Bureau of Primary Health Care, and has developed a federal scholarship program designed to bring more health care providers to underserved areas of Hawaii.
